SMILES is better than MAPLE...hehehe...it's quite challenging doing SMILES but I still manage to do it compared to MAPLE. The diffuculties is just I do not familiar with chemsketch yet and it takes time for me to explore it. Overall, YAHHOOOO!!!!! Last assignment accomplished....

Protein Data Bank(PDB) provide 3-D structure for biological molecules such as protein and nucleic acids. The data, typically obtained by or X-ray crystallography NMR spectroscopy.Biologist and biochemist aroud the world share their knowledge through this web page. We're able to access all the information here for free. They are three file format used by PDB which are PDB, PDBML and mmCIF. There are few software provided by this page in order to help the user to find information that they need for instance ADIT NMR and ADIT Validation Server. In order to view the PDM file format, we need specific software for example RasMol and Protein Workshop.
